The Majestic will be hosting the seven-time 2008 Tony Award-winning musical South Pacific March 2-7. From the traveling production's website: "Set on a tropical island during World War II, the musical tells the sweeping romantic story of two couples -- US Navy nurse Nellie Forbush and French plantation owner Emile de Becque and Navy Airman Joe Cable and a young local native girl Liat -- and how their happiness is threatened by the realities of war and by their own prejudices." Enjoy the show!

Rodeo: Foreigner
Friday, February 12 2010, 7:30pm

The music of Foreigner knows no bounds. More than 30 years after forming, the band's music resonates across generations and the globe thanks to an impressive run of 14 Top 20 hits and album sales exceeding 70 million. Foreigner's first album in more than 15 years, CAN'T SLOW DOWN, is about fresh starts and includes the first single "When It Comes To Love"; the emotionally charged ballad "I Can't Give Up". Among the album's 13 songs is "Too Late," which was recorded by the band last year for the greatest hits anthology No End In Sight. Also featured is Grammy®-winning producer Mark Ronson's horn-driven remake of "Fool For You Anyway" from Foreigner's 1977 debut. The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo is excited to welcome Foreigner to our stage.
